The Tones page is a crucial feature on the FullChinese app: it allows you to become stronger in tone recognition and reproduction in speech and text. You will not only gain a better understanding of the 4 main tones, but also allow a better understanding of more complex tone sequences. For instance, the notorious "Tone 3 Tone 3" sequence has its own page. For more advanced learners, the tone page is a useful reference in language fluency.

You will only see the Tone 1 Icon at the top, but also an example character using the first tone. Similarly, each tone will have a short description of what it sounds like (e.g., Tone 1 = High constant pitch) as well as useful context. At the very bottom, you will also notice 8 buttons: they represent all possible, successive sequences using the first tone.
