What to do if you can't access class content?

Accessing Class content on the App

Go through the following steps:

IMPORTANT: If you have any question, contact us at [email protected] 

1. ​On the home screen, tap on the bottom right ".../More" tab
2. You should see a "Classes" tab. 
3. Click on the first Class
4. Click on Books (it's easy to forget that, it's a bit hidden)
5. Click on the first book
6. You should see the lessons. You can tap on any of those.

What to do if you can access text but not sounds?

In some rare cases, if your internet connection was not good when you downloaded the text, it is possible that the text is there but not the sound. Here is what to do:

1. Slide to the left on the text that has do sound
2. Tap on "Remove from Device"
3. Tap on "Delete" (it will delete it only from the device, you will still have access to it)
4. You should see that the text has a download icon, tap on this text
5. Click on the top right "..." icon
6. If you see a "Listen" button, then you have sound (you can click on it to check)
