What to do if you can't access class content?
STEP 1: Make sure you used your .edu email to register into FullChinese
If you used another email, we didn't know who you were and didn't add you to the class. However, DON'T PANIC! Just email us a support@fullchinese.com and we'll add your account to the class (we will need the email you used to register).
STEP 2: Accessing content on the App
Go through the following steps:

On the home screen, tap on the bottom right ".../More" tab
You should see a "Classes" tab. If you don't, DON'T PANIC, write us to support@fullchinese.com. Do not email your teacher, they can't help you with that and we LOVE to help! (it might be that we got a typo in your email or something as simple as that)
Click on the first Class
Click on Books (it's easy to forget that, it's a bit hidden)
Click on the first book
You should see the lessons. You can tap on any of those.

What to do if you can access text but not sounds?
In some rare cases, if your internet connection was not good when you downloaded the text, it is possible that the text is there but not the sound. Here is what to do:
Slide to the left on the text that has do sound
Tap on "Remove from Device"
Tap on "Delete" (it will delete it only from the device, you will still have access to it)
You should see that the text has a download icon, tap on this text
Click on the top right "..." icon
If you see a "Listen" button, then you have sound (you can click on it to check)
