What to do if you can't access class content?
​

STEP 1: Make sure you used your .edu email to register into FullChinese

If you used another email, we didn't know who you were and didn't add you to the class.
However, DON'T PANIC! Just email us a [email protected] and we'll add your account to the class (we will need the email you used to register).

 STEP 2: Accessing content on the App

Go through the following steps:

  1. ​On the home screen, tap on the bottom right ".../More" tab
  2. Tap on the "Classes" tab
  3. Click on the '+' Button
  4. Enter the Class Access Code (should be either in your syllabus description on in an email; if you don't have it don't hesitate to contact us a [email protected])
  5. Tap on the class that should now appear
  6. Click on the 'Book' tab
  7. Click on the book "China from Different Perspectives 1". This book comes with high-quality audio. The book "CFDP -1 with video" contains the same text but with video in sync. You can download both and choose which version you prefer.

What to do if you can access text but not sounds?

In some rare cases, if your internet connection was not good when you downloaded the text, it is possible that the text is there but not the sound. Here is what to do:

  1. Slide to the left on the text that has do sound
  2. Tap on "Remove from Device"
  3. Tap on "Delete" (it will delete it only from the device, you will still have access to it)
  4. You should see that the text has a download icon, tap on this text
  5. Click on the top right "..." icon
  6. If you see a "Listen" button, then you have sound (you can click on it to check)
