STEP 1: Get familiar with what the app is about
Before you start, you should take a look at the following video. Its target audience are your students. This video introduces FullChinese and gives students a general feel on how their learning process can be improved.

STEP 2: Sign-up in fullchinese.com
Go to fullchinese.com and click on "Sign Up". Select "Teacher" and on the following screen:
Make sure you enter your teacher coupon (which will give you free access because you are a teacher). If you don't have a teacher coupon, please contact us at [email protected]
STEP 3: Downloading and Installing FullChinese Pro
For iPhone and iPad:
Follow this video to install FullChinese on your iPhone or iPad
For Android phones (Google, Samsung, ...):
For installing on Android, go to Google Play and search for "FullChinese Pro" and use the same username and password as the one you used on the website.
STEP 4: Getting Access to Class Content
To get access to the class content, the email you use to sign-up to FullChinese should be communicated to [email protected]. Take a look at this video for more information:

At the beginning of the semester, you could send an email that looks like:
"Dear all,
We will be working with a Chinese learning app called FullChinese. Information about this app is available at: http://www.fullchinesehelp.com/students.html
For all technical questions regarding the app, please use the following email: [email protected]"
- Provide a dedicated web page describing all the technical questions
- Answer any question they have. They can contact us at [email protected] (as you can of course)

GROUP RATE Pricing
- TEACHERS: FREE! FullChinese Pro is free for teachers and lecturers (using the teacher coupon when registering as explained in the Step 2 video).
- STUDENTS: FREE 14 DAYS followed by 20% DISCOUNT. When students register, they chose to pay either monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly. However they can cancel anytime within the first 14 days and not be charged anything. In addition, when they chose to keep using the app, they get a 20% discount on regular price.

FREE 10 Days FullChinese Bootcamp
In order to get your students started on FullChinese, we suggest a 10-day Bootcamp which can be done entirely during students personal time. That way, it doesn't interfere with your own class time. The bootcamp, which should take between 30min to 1h30min of personal time for each student for 10 days, is designed to expose your students to different ways of using the app. The goal is:
- In ten days, show your students that they can make substantial progress with a reasonable amount of personal time
- get familiar with the different ways to use FullChinese
- decide they want to continue with FullChinese. Because FullChinese is free during the first 14 days, they can go through this bootcamp completely for free, without commitment, and decide only at the end of the bootcamp whether they want to continue with FullChinese.
