​How can I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel depends on whether you subscribed through the fullchinese.com website, through your Apple App or through your Android App.
If you don't remember how you subscribed, login to fullchinese.com and look at "Billing & Plans" and it will tell you.

If you subscribed directly through fullchinese.com

1. ​Go to fullchinese.com and Login
2. Select the menu next to the avatar icon
3. Select "Bills and Payments"
4. Click the "Cancel" button
5. You can always re-subscribe anytime and your data will not be lost. 

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store

1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap iTunes & App Store
3. Tap your Apple ID
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Tap Fullchinese Pro subscription
6. ​Tap Cancel
   

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap Menu Subscriptions
3. Select Fullchinese Pro subscription
4. Select Cancel subscription
